NPP Ireland have an opening for a Sales & Customer Support Administrator. Reporting to a senior commercial manager, you will be an integral part of a busy commercial unit providing support to customers and the sales team. 

The successful candidate will be someone who is organised, proactive, with great attention to detail and motivated to learn about the wide range of products and services NPP offers.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls & fielding as appropriate. 
  • Creating & processing orders through our CRM system – Prospect Soft
  • Dealing with new enquiries, preparing quotations, co-coordinating samples. 
  • Supporting the activities of the wider sales team – internal / external. 
  • Cash sales & Credit card payments. 
  • Dealing with customer delivery communications and deliveries. 
  • Become an expert in the range of products and services we offer. 

The core responsibilities of this role have been captured above, but you will also be required to provide cover & support for aspects of the purchasing duties detailed below: 

  • Creating & processing purchase orders through our integrated business management systems – Exchequer. 
  • Forecasting requirements / scheduling / shipments / paperwork. 
  • Raising enquiries & samples requests. 
  • Print proof management and approval. 
  • Creating new stock codes & Management of stock tree & product groupings. 
  • Assisting in the administration of quarterly stock takes & repak returns. 
  • Monthly reconciliation of Purchase Invoices before handover to a/c’s. 
  • Dealing with Couriers & Hauliers. 
  • Management of customs clearance forms – suppliers & agents. 
  • Participation in projects relating to lead generation and sales campaigns.
