The Corrugated unit of NPP Group require a Business Development Executive – Corrugated & Packaging.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation. The key role of the Business Development Executive is to further develop new business in the Leinster region. The role will involve managing existing Key Accounts and supporting the wider group sales teams to achieve the overall business objectives of the Corrugated Division.

The Role

  • Experience in B2B in the Corrugated, Packaging or Print Industries.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing Key Accounts and ensuring all sales and gross margin objectives are achieved as set out in the business plan.
  • Business Development – Target, Cultivate, and Convert new business.
  • Work with the estimating and design teams to prepare detailed quotations based on project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support all marketing and promotional activity as and where required.
  • Develop, organise, and manage product or industry specific marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for supporting and mentoring the wider sales teams of the group.

The Candidate:

  • Third level degree in Business/Marketing (or similar qualification of relevance)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Corrugated / Packaging / Print.
  • Experience with technical product sales desirable, but not essential.
  • Be a Highly motivated and self-disciplined person who demonstrates passion, determination and has a strong track record in delivering on target sales performance.
  • Business Development capabilities, identifying and profiling target markets.
  • Engage with internal partners to develop strong collaborative cross functional relationships.
  • Full driving licence.
